Are you passionate about crafting high-impact marketing campaigns and optimizing paid media strategies to deliver measurable results? Do you thrive on data-driven decision-making and enjoy helping mission-driven organizations grow? If so, Humanitru wants to hear from you!

About This Role

Humanitru is an integrations-first software platform for nonprofits that empowers organizations to centralize their data and streamline their operations. By connecting with leading platforms like Mailchimp, QuickBooks Online, DonorSearch, and other best-in-class tools, Humanitru replaces legacy CRMs and eliminates data silos, giving nonprofits a unified view of their supporters and operations.

We’re seeking an Ads/Paid Media Specialist to help strategize, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. As part of our growing marketing team, you’ll play a key role in amplifying Humanitru’s brand and helping nonprofits discover how we can support their missions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and Execute Campaign Strategies: Build and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (including YouTube), LinkedIn, G2, and other niche outlets relevant to the nonprofit sector.

  • Audience Identification and Segmentation: Research, define, and segment target audiences across paid media platforms based on industry demographics, behaviors, and job roles to ensure precise targeting and maximize campaign relevance and impact.

  • Optimize Campaign Performance: Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

  • Budget Allocation: Manage ad budgets set by the VP of Sales and the Director of Marketing to ensure optimal allocation of resources for high-performing campaigns.

  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that resonate with target audiences.

  • Asset Creation: Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop and refine creative assets, including ad copy, visuals, and videos, tailored for paid media campaigns.

  • A/B Testing: Conduct testing of ad copy, creative assets, and audience segments to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Reporting & Insights: Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights to internal stakeholders, showcasing campaign results and areas for improvement.

  • Nonprofit Expertise: Research and identify new ad channels or opportunities tailored to the unique needs of nonprofits.

What You’ll Accomplish:

  • Optimize for a 15-25% CTR increase over 3-6 months.

  • Reduce CPC by 10–15% over 6 months through better targeting and keyword optimization.

  • Increase conversion rates by 10–20% over 3-6 months by refining landing pages and ad targeting.

  • Increase ROAS by 10–20% over 6 months through audience segmentation and creative optimization.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in paid media strategy, execution, and optimization—3+ years of experience in a similar role is ideal.

  • Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube), LinkedIn Ads, and familiarity with platforms like G2 and other niche ad channels.

  • A strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, and Google Business Suite.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

  • Familiarity with nonprofit marketing is a big plus but not required.
