A Successful FASTSIGNS Visual Communications Assistant Will:

  1. Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center.
  2. Learn to prepare estimates, enter data, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
  3. Enjoy being involved in team meetings and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center.
  4. Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person, and at their place of business.
  5. Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long-term clients.
  6. Have a healthy, energetic appearance and ready smile!

Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative:

  1. 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred
  2. Be a nice and happy person
  3. Be able to spell and use AI in communications
  4. High school diploma or equivalent
  5. Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, and has the ability to build relationships
  6. Great listening and organization skills
  7. Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods (4 hours or more)
  8. Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)
  9. Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
  10. BONUS: Can successfully produce brief social media posts on Facebook & Instagram
  11. Healthy lifestyle habits and appearance
