7+ years Product Design experience, eCommerce (in-house or agency) Backed by the same leaders of a first of its kind eCommerce company (does 100M in revenue), we are a digital product studio focused on building a team and process that allows high impact work! We're currently looking for a Senior Design Director to join our team - overseeing digital product initiatives across our client portfolio. This role will be responsible for two Senior Designers. You'll spend 25% of your time managing and 75% of your time on client work. PS.. We are OPEN to Senior Designers who are looking to grow into a Director-level role! What you need for this position: 7+ years of Product Design experience at an in-house
e-commerce brand or e-commerce agency Expert-level experience in all aspects of the product design lifecycle (UX research, defining product strategy, wireframes, prototypes, UI design, documentation, and user testing) BONUS SKILLS:
Frontend development, Figma What you'll be doing: Lead a team of two Senior Designers Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to understand user problems and business challenges and devise simple and elegantly designed solutions Lead projects, taking them from concept to shipping Be an influential expert across the full range of Design, from problem definition to asset delivery Deliver polished, delightful and effective UI for responsive Web Give and solicit feedback from other designers to continually raise our bar for quality Help establish and iterate on design systems to support rapid design and development Benefits 100% Covered Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k retirement plan 15 days of PTO & 12 US and Canadian paid holidays + 1 week off at the end of the year! 5 sick days Apple computer & home office setup Learning and development opportunities!
