Director of Marketing & Admissions , you will play a key role in welcoming residents and their families into our community. You will guide them through a seamless transition process, foster meaningful relationships, and help maintain a vibrant and thriving facility. Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement & Education:

Represent Complete Care at Holmdel by connecting with potential residents, families, and referral sources through outreach, sales calls, and follow-ups. Admissions Management:

Conduct timely pre-admission assessments within two hours of notification, ensuring smooth transitions for new residents by coordinating with clinical teams as necessary. Strategic Growth:

Build and maintain strong referral networks to achieve census goals and optimize the quality payor mix. Relationship Development:

Cultivate lasting relationships with families, residents, and community partners to communicate services, bed availability, and program benefits effectively. Weekend Availability:

Be available on weekends as needed to conduct facility tours and accommodate prospective residents and families. Collaborative Leadership:

Partner with the clinical and administrative teams to make informed and efficient decisions about prospective admissions. Data Monitoring & Reporting:

Analyze and report on trends in inquiries, admissions, and census growth to inform strategic planning. Marketing Strategy Execution:

Create and implement action plans to enhance the visibility and reputation of the facility. Managed Care Knowledge:

Stay informed on managed care and insurance processes to streamline referral and admission workflows. What We’re Looking For

A compassionate professional who embodies our mission of treating every resident as family. 2+ years of experience in healthcare-related marketing and admissions management. Proficiency with technology and data management systems. Exceptional communication skills, utilizing diplomacy and discretion to foster trust and understanding.
