We are looking for an amazing talent to join our team in a
General Manager role,
leading our studio to success! This position will be based in
Mountains Edge in Las Vegas, NV.
Working in partnership with the franchise owner and other professional staff, the
General Manager
will focus on studio membership sales, organizing community support, co-branding, and building relationships with local businesses.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Manage and grow all revenue streams including Membership Sales, Lead Generation, Retail, and Teacher Training
Manage staff schedules and supervise Wellness Advisors and Teachers
Hire/manage all instructors at the studio
Strategically manage marketing campaigns that focus on new client acquisition, activation, retention, and loyalty
Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
Lead weekly Grassroots Marketing partnerships to drive new guest traffic
Work closely with Studio Owner and National Sales Director to ensure the health and profitability of the studio
Social media management of the studio’s Instagram & Facebook accounts
Successful Candidates Must Have:
A minimum of two (2) years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience
Proven experience to generate and follow-up on leads
Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail
Experience supervising people successfully
Confident in generating personal sales and training Wellness Advisors in sales
Strong customer service skills and an affinity & passion for fitness
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to excel in a fast-changing & diverse environment
Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Proficiency with computers and studio software
Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the public
Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat
Ability to stay calm at all times and act respectfully and professionally, even with customers who may become angry or raise their voices
