Associate

Director of US HCP Marketing,

you will support development of strategic initiatives and promotional efforts to engage health care providers and drive continued growth for nemolizumab, Galderma’s first-in-class specialty biologic treatment for prurigo nodularis and atopic dermatitis.

The role will partner closely with key stakeholders across US and Global cross-functional teams as well as external partners, and reports to the Director, US HCP Marketing - Nemolizumab.

Summary of Job Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of tactical marketing plans to create a differentiated brand experience, through personal and non-personal promotion, that drives HCP engagement and nemolizumab uptake Lead training plan development and support roll out of field sales training Develop and drive a rep engagement strategy to maximize selling effectiveness and tactical pull-through Own the development and ongoing refinement of the NP/PA strategy Build measurement plan to track and optimize performance of marketing and training tactics Act as a brand steward, leading collaborative touchpoints within matrix enterprise including field intelligence and co-creation project teams Identify emerging trends within the HCP community and apply insight to the development of initiatives Lead annual business planning process for the HCP marketing team

Minimum Requirements:

6+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, of which 3+ years in a commercial marketing function Past sales/field experience required Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business with master’s degree preferred Experience with launching specialty products/biologics for treating chronic conditions preferred HCP branded marketing experience preferred Comprehensive analytical and strategic thinking skills; demonstrated ability to utilize data/customer insights in decision-making (data to insights, to action) Experience with regulatory/material approval process required Cross-functional experience required, proven track record of collaboration and coordination with key internal and external stakeholders (including external agency partners) Exceptional communication and presentation skills: ability to articulate a point of view succinctly and effectively to senior leaders and external customers Ability and confidence to work effectively and with a sense of urgency across a global matrix enterprise, and to influence without authority Adaptability, resilience and tenacity and ability to quickly pivot Proficient in English, MS Office; especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Availability to travel >20% time
