Position: UI/UX Developer Location: Hillsborough, NJ Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 3 years About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Developer who excels at creating world-class user interfaces and crafting exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering intuitive, visually stunning, and highly functional digital products. This role demands innovation, expertise, and a deep understanding of modern design principles and development tools. Key Responsibilities UI/UX Design: Design and prototype user interfaces that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines. User Experience: Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply insights to enhance product usability and performance. Front-End Development: Translate designs into responsive, cross-browser-compatible, and accessible front-end code using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, define design specifications, and deliver solutions. Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms. Design Systems: Develop and maintain reusable design systems, component libraries, and style guides. Performance Optimization: Ensure optimal performance, accessibility, and SEO for all interfaces. Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, technologies, and best practices to implement cutting-edge solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications UI/UX Expertise: 3 years of experience designing and developing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Technical Proficiency: Strong coding skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). Design Tools: Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent design software. Responsive Design: Deep knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles. Accessibility Standards: Familiarity with WCAG, ADA, or other accessibility guidelines. Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex UI/UX challenges. Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating innovative UI/UX solutions for various industries. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or PHP) for better integration with APIs and data models. Experience with UI/UX research methodologies and A/B testing tools.
