Job Description We seek a strategic Marketing Account Manager willing to challenge convention to bring new ideas to our clients. We are looking for an energetic candidate with a passion for marketing and who has strong project management and communications skills and is also a HubSpot super user. The ideal candidate will be confident in leading and managing client relationships, executing marketing plans, meeting deadlines and ensuring all parties are informed of project progress at all times. The person will be comfortable working independently and collaborating with LaunchPad Creative team members to complete projects on time. How You’ll Contribute Work closely with the Founder on developing marketing strategies for financial services and fintech companies Manage a portfolio of financial services and/or fintech clients Build strong and positive relationships with clients Utilize HubSpot to execute digital marketing strategies Manage go-to-market launches, delivering high-quality messaging and assets that communicate the value of new or enhanced value of the product or service Produce well-written content for clients including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, video scripts, and more Craft channel strategic plans (email, social, web) Measure and report campaign performance against overall campaign objectives Proactively design and develop new concepts and initiatives for clients Understand each client’s unique tone of voice, brand and market to help bring the right message to the right user at the right time while keeping unsubscribe rates low and the sender reputation strong Be an active contributor to identify areas of opportunity Work proactively to deepen your understanding of our industry, market, customers, and products What You’ll Bring to Us Bachelor’s degree Prior marketing agency experience preferred Prior financial services marketing experience preferred 5 years of experience in integrated marketing and branding with demonstratable project management skills in the financial services industry Self-starter with a proven track record of managing client relationships and associated deliverables Proficiency with HubSpot; certifications within the platform are a plus Skills in Microsoft Office applications, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Google Analytics are a plus Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced and dynamic environment on a wide array of projects and tasks Organized professional with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy Team player with excellent interpersonal skills who enjoys collaboration, teaching, and learning Comfortable with a disciplined remote work arrangement Polished and professional verbal and written communications What We Offer Competitive salary 401k with matching Annual bonus which is aligned with individual and company performance Generous paid time off policy, including three weeks paid vacation as well as all major U.S. holidays Flexible work environment A culture that encourages ongoing learning and development
