Our Marketing team is currently recruiting a Senior Associate, Digital Marketing. In this highly community-driven and cross-functional role, the Senior Associate will work closely with internal teams to provide marketing support. Our ideal candidate will be a strong team player with a demonstrated ability to forge relationships and collaborate with all levels throughout the organization. The Senior Associate, Digital Marketing role will report to the Director of Marketing. Key Responsibilities Include: Digital Marketing Draft, edit, and send emails and other member e-communications Build email segments and lists and maintain clean email lists via CRM database management and hygiene Partner with the Director of Marketing to implement email marketing automation program Update, maintain, and organize MassBio’s video platforms (MB Vision, Vimeo), internal digital displays, and other digital platforms such as Readymag Assures all digital assets and initiatives are appropriately tagged for data analysis Using MassBio’s extensive brand standards, create ancillary digital and print materials as needed for social media, partnerships, event and promotional signage, website, etc. Working with MassBio’s website host and vendor, provides support for the continued advancement and maintenance of the website, ensuring it is up to date with the latest information and requests, and that technical issues are resolved quickly and efficiently Primary marketing point person for 3 rd party Career Center website Works closely with the website host on the site’s optimization and SEO campaigns Supports the Director of Marketing on data analysis and analytic reports Project Management Facilitates print jobs and works with printers as needed Maintain and continue to advance the department’s project management tool, Click Up, to support the department’s activities, growth, and marketing requests from internal stakeholders Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or Communications preferred 3-5 plus years of experience in marketing or communications at a Life Sciences or B2B company, marketing agency, or for a trade association or nonprofit Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from idea to execution Excellent technical skills; comfortable and seamlessly able to work across multiple digital platforms to optimize, advance, and ensure best-in-class user experience and best practices Software skills required: Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or other CRM), WordPress (or other CMS), Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, Adobe Suite Express, Google Analytics / G4 tag manager Ability to work independently and manage multiple and shifting priorities when necessary to meet deadlines.
