As a Senior Email Marketing Specialist , you will lead email marketing initiatives by developing governance frameworks, optimizing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive audience engagement and campaign success. 3 years of experience in email marketing or lifecycle marketing, preferably in a high-growth tech environment. Hands-on expertise with Marketo or similar enterprise-level marketing automation platforms. strong proficiency in HTML , dynamic content development, and email nurture campaign creation. Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Data-driven approach with a focus on KPIs and performance optimization. A solid communication and collaboration skills; team-oriented with a proactive mindset. Creative problem-solver capable of generating innovative ideas for email marketing strategies. Responsibilities Manage and maintain the marketing email calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns that engage critical audiences. Establish a centralized Center of Excellence for email marketing, creating governance structures and promoting best practices for scalability. Build, customize, and deploy HTML emails in Marketo , adhering to brand guidelines and campaign strategies. Leverage customer data for advanced segmentation and dynamic content creation to deliver personalized email experiences. Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to improve subject lines, creative content, and CTAs. Continuously refine and optimize email processes, including QA, SLAs, scheduling, and campaign tracking. Collaborate with internal teams to develop scalable, reusable email templates that cater to a wide range of marketing needs. Define key performance metrics (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to enhance campaign outcomes. Create and deliver training materials to support internal teams on email best practices, processes, and tools.
