We are seeking a Digital Content Specialist to manage and maintain our corporate intranet and client communications platform, ensuring they serve as the primary source of news and information for employees. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams to develop, publish, and update content, ensuring compliance and enhancing our digital communication channels. This role requires a mix of technical skills, communication expertise, and project management abilities. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily content updates and page edits using tools such as SharePoint, HTML, Markdown, and JavaScript. Collaborate with internal teams to review and provide feedback on content submissions. Proofread communications for clarity, formatting, and brand compliance. Maintain and update the company intranet, including document libraries and resources. Monitor inboxes and respond to content requests in a timely manner. Keep content logs updated and provide monthly activity reports. Analyze website performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and suggest improvements. Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied to online content. Source and publish relevant content for internal distribution. Support web-related projects and maintain Corporate Communications’ photo archive/DAM. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint. Knowledge of HTML, Markdown, JavaScript, and Adobe Professional. Experience with SharePoint administration and development. Familiarity with Google Analytics and content management systems. Ability to assess content and data to suggest improvements. Strong organizational and project management skills, including tracking and reporting progress. Willingness to learn new technologies. Requirements: Associate degree in Communications, Multimedia, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in communications, web content management, or a related field. SharePoint certifications or related training are a plus. Details: Status: Full-time, Temporary (12-month contract) Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
