Job Description:

Project Purpose: Production of a 3-minute internal training video for the sales team.

Project Description: Our client is seeking a skilled freelance videographer to shoot a short training video at their Miami location. The video will be based on a pre-written script and will feature on-screen talent reading from a teleprompter.

Responsibilities:

• Provide all necessary video equipment, including camera(s), lighting, sound recording equipment, and any other required accessories.
• Set up and operate a teleprompter for on-screen talent.
• Collaborate with the project manager to ensure the video aligns with the provided script and desired visual style.
• Conduct a minimum 4-hour shoot at our Miami location.
• Capture high-quality video and audio recordings.
• Deliver raw footage upon completion of the shoot. (Post-production/editing will be handled separately.)

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a videographer with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video production.
• Proficiency in setting up and operating a teleprompter.
• Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, and sound recording techniques.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently on location.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Access to reliable transportation to and from the shoot location.

Timeline:

• Target shoot dates: Thursday, January 23rd or Friday, January 24th. Availability on both days is preferred.

Deliverables:

• Raw video footage from the shoot delivered on a portable hard drive or via a secure online file transfer method.

Project Duration: Approximately 4 hours on location plus editing.
