We are seeking a highly skilled Website Management Contractor with expertise in WordPress and UX/UI design to maintain, optimize, and enhance our organization's website. In this role, you will ensure that the website delivers an exceptional user experience, supports organizational goals, and remains secure and compliant. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to execute website updates, improve functionality, and align the site with strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Management and Maintenance
- Manage and optimize the website using WordPress, ensuring functionality, security, and high performance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate backend access and software development efforts.
- UX/UI Design and Improvements
- Conduct user experience research and implement intuitive designs to enhance navigation and usability.
- Develop landing pages and manage content calendars to support marketing campaigns.
- Work with digital banking tools to set up and manage banners, optimize platform interfaces, and enhance user experiences.
- Content and SEO Optimization
- Update website content, banners, and product pages while maintaining brand consistency.
- Optimize site elements to improve search engine visibility and organic traffic.
- Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommend enhancements based on data-driven findings.
- Vendor and Integration Management
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to manage plugins, upgrades, and integrations (e.g., WordPress, Apple, Google Mobile Apps).
- Ensure compatibility and seamless performance of all integrations.
- Compliance and Accessibility
- Ensure the website meets industry standards, including ADA accessibility and regulatory compliance requirements.
Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive experience with WordPress development, themes, plugins, and customizations.
- Expertise in UX/UI design, supported by a strong portfolio of successful website projects.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for advanced customization.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Pixels).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with ADA compliance and website accessibility standards.
- Preferred: WordPress certification and/or experience in the financial industry.
