Position Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the marketing team. You'll help coordinate marketing programs, design promotional material, manage market research and support multi-channel campaigns, all while collaborating with both internal and external teams to drive growth for United.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage marketing expenses and allocation across organization
- Track and complete market research monthly/quarterly/annually
- Support daily marketing operations including marketing activity calendars, content index, market contact lists, giveaway/promotional inventory, and internal online storefront.
- Manage vendor co-op budget including the tracking, reporting, monthly reconciliation claims process and track all outstanding claims/credits along with communication with vendors on initiatives.
- Help to grow brand awareness amongst third party vendors including associations
- Work with internal and external key stakeholders on design projects from inception through completion. Examples include promotional signs, posters, email templates and graphics, direct mail, logos, digital and print ads and adhoc photography.
- Support digital programs and campaigns utilizing marketing technology (ex. Marketing automation/CRM for email execution and database management)
- Manage marketing operational processes and tools with a focus on enabling campaign tracking, lead generation, targeting, segmentation strategies, and alignment with growth initiatives.
- Manage data collection for marketing goals, campaign KPIs, event performance etc. and glean meaning from the data to proactively advise on how to improve results.
- Drive continued innovation and best practice implementation across all marketing activity and tactics.
- Adhere to all United Electric health, safety, and environmental policies.

- Complete an accident/Incident report for any safety and/or health infractions that occurs or are witnessed.
- Support all United Electric health, safety, and environmental policies for all employees within your branch.
- BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar field with 1-3 years marketing experience preferred or equivalent years of experience.
- Experience with email, marketing automation or CRMs preferred
- Excellent communicator, writer and creative thinker
- Project management
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Basic graphic design and layout capability to support content creation
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Ability to multi-task to meet deadlines, self-motivated, continuous learner and willingness to experiment and be accountable for shared outcomes.
