What are we looking for
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare analytics and a deep understanding of the value-based care landscape. Additionally, the ideal candidate will excel in emerging technology organizations with a broad domain knowledge to grow brand awareness, creating compelling content across digital assets, alignment with the buyer journey, and a successful track record of implementing high performing demand and lead generation processes to support top line growth. This role will be critical in positioning SpectraMedix as a leader in the value-based healthcare analytics market.
Location: East Windsor, New Jersey (Hybrid)
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to support business objectives, with a focus on lead generation and industry reach
Identify and target key accounts in the health plan and health system market segments to expand brand awareness and market presence
Collaborate with executive leaders to align marketing strategies with growth and organizational strategies and goals
Define and manage marketing budget and implement and manage marketing efficacy metrics and ROI
Brand Management:
Strengthen and manage the SpectraMedix brand to ensure consistency and visibility across all channels
Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content and campaigns that differentiate SpectraMedix and resonate with target audiences
Digital Marketing:
Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, and other digital channels
Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
Content Development:
Create and manage high-quality content that showcases our expertise in healthcare analytics and value-based care
Develop case studies, white papers, webinars, and other thought leadership materials
Focus on educational content, such as whitepapers, eBooks, and blog posts, highlighting the benefits of healthcare analytics in value-based care
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
Use insights to inform marketing strategies and product development
Collaborate with the sales team to develop tools and resources that support joint sales-marketing processes
Provide training and guidance to ensure consistent messaging and effective use of marketing materials
Event Management:
Plan and execute industry events, trade shows, speaking opportunities, webinars, and online events
Coordinate with partners and stakeholders to maximize event impact
Partnership and Collaboration:
Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, media, and other external stakeholders
Form partnerships with industry associations and other technology providers to expand reach and credibility
Performance Analytics:
Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools
Adjust strategies based on data insights to improve lead generation and conversion rates
Customer Success:
Highlight successful client achievements and develop content showcasing these achievements
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the healthcare or technology sectors
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful account-based marketing strategies with demonstrable results
Strong understanding of value-based care and healthcare analytics
Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing performance
Experience managing budgets and leading a team of marketing professionals
Preferred Skills
Expertise in healthcare analytics, value-based care, and population health management
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the healthcare industry
Experience in market research and competitive analysis
Strong verbal and written communication, technical articulation, listening, and presentation skills are essential
Should have proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated expertise in prioritization, time management, and stakeholder management (both internal and external) is necessary
Should be a quick learner, self-starter, proactive, and an effective team player
Must have experience working under tight deadlines within a matrix organizational structure
