Greater Houston Healthconnect, the region’s leading Health Information Exchange (HIE), is on the lookout for an innovative and strategic Director of Marketing to join our dynamic team. As a digital health company, Healthconnect digitally integrates clinical information across a vast healthcare community, providing a 360-degree view of the patient experience and enabling actionable decision-making at the point-of-care.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and promote HIE service lines.
- Lead client engagement, finding strategic solutions to address business challenges, and advocating for the HIE.
- Maintain GHH website and social media accounts with updates and new material.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and utilization of HIE services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, ensuring our marketing approach aligns with industry best practices.
- Create compelling educational materials, training resources, and marketing collateral for clients.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve organizational goals.
- Act as a key liaison between the marketing team and other departments, ensuring cohesive communication and alignment with organizational objectives.
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 or more years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Strong expertise in Marketing technology, including Word Press
- Proven success in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with healthcare roles, responsibilities, and clinical workflows.
- Effective analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications or experience with healthcare-related technologies is a plus.
