Job Description Essential Functions:
- Creates and facilitates the execution of a comprehensive content strategy aligned with credit union’s business goals and member needs – including but limited to website content, blog, member resources, clean energy and financial educational materials, presentations and webinars, and advertising.
- Works with media coordinator on asset development and social media strategy.
- Optimizes website content to improve organic rankings in search engines to increase interest and traffic.
- Develops and implements workflows and automations within the CRM to increase usage and adoption of products and services.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve member experience through credit union website, educational & support materials, and direct communications.
- Develops, executes, and optimizes personalized and segmented email marketing campaigns to drive member engagement and lead conversion.
- Monitors, analyzes, and reports on marketing campaign performance, applying data-driven insights to implement improvements.
- Ensures all marketing materials are aligned with the credit union’s brand guidelines and messaging.
- Works directly with partners to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
- Actively identifies and organizes participation in various events such as conferences, trade shows, or industry gatherings.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews across various platforms and develop strategies to enhance overall online reputation.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.
- Manages Media Coordinator and freelance positions as needed.
- Supports credit union staff as needed.
- Performs other tasks and duties as assigned.
- Must comply with all credit union policies and procedures, applicable laws, and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
- Sedentary computer work.
- Position is subject to irregular hours.
- May require occasional travel to attend off-site meetings and or conferences.
- Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English fluently.
