OVERVIEW
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the creation and execution of the company’s marketing strategies to increase brand recognition and drive lead generation as well as leading the “quote to cash” process for the company’s full product portfolio. The role’s primary functions include leading the strategic and creative marketing teams toward the development of well-crafted and targeted messaging across all mediums and ensuring correct pricing strategies, robust sizing and estimating tools and proper project management methodologies are in place to deliver winning proposals that result in orders with predictable margins. Additionally, this role oversees the general direction of the company’s CRM platform.
RESPONSIBLITIES
- Directs all marketing efforts for D-Ash’s core business areas
- Works closely with the Executive team to ensure the organization’s vision is executed through branding efforts
- Drives a strategic online presence via marketing and branding platforms, social media sites, and the company’s web site while ensuring’s image and reputation is represented correctly and consistently
- Oversees creative direction and content creation by working with in-house and outside vendors to create print and online brand collateral
- Ensures adherence to company brand standards within product types; validating all marketing materials and campaigns are consistent with and reinforce the specific asset’s brand
- Oversees the company’s tradeshow program planning and execution
- Responsible for the oversight of the collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data by the in-house Marketing Analyst for short and long-term forecasts and reports
- Directs the department’s Digital Marketing efforts through the use of Google Analytics to manage and enhance Google Ad Words, SEO, and PPC channels
- Coordinates the development of regular bookings and revenue forecasts for presentation and review with the Executive team
- Oversee the development of estimating tools and the installation of project management best practices to ensure predictable project outcomes
- Manages the Marketing budget, delegates cost, regularly runs analytics and reports to ensure Marketing strategies are effective and driving ROI
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications Required
- 5+ Years of Experience Required
- Proven track record of building and managing strong collaborative relationships
- Ability to work across all levels of the organization in a team environment
- Effectively handle high stress situations
- Exhibit strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
