Job Title: UX Development Engineer

Experience: 0-2 years

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (on-site)

Duties/Responsibilities

• Develop, test and maintain web and app user interfaces, powered by AI, for publishing and consuming knowledge in businesses.
• Work with designers to understand and translate designs into implementation.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field from a top-tier university.
• Strong portfolio of prior web and app UX projects.

Step 1: Written test

• Aptitude section – this is a GRE style test (60 minutes or less)
• Functional section – this is a take-home programming test

Step 2: Panel interview (in-person at eGain Sunnyvale office)
