As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Part-Time UI/UX Designer to join our team and help shape the user experience of LightLeapAI and other N2N products.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Part-time UI/UX Designer to work 5-10 hours per week with our product and development teams. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about designing user-centric, intuitive interfaces and creating visually engaging experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building mockups, wireframes, and clickable prototypes, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless and effective user experience for LightLeapAI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Wireframes, Mockups, and Prototypes: Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile interfaces, bringing product ideas to life.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the designs align with business goals and user needs.
• Conduct User Research: Assist in user research and usability testing, incorporating feedback to refine designs.
• Iterate and Optimize: Continuously improve the user experience by analyzing user feedback and iterating on designs to optimize usability.
• Maintain Consistency: Ensure consistent design patterns and styles that reflect the LightLeapAI brand and maintain a cohesive user experience across the platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is required
• Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience designing for SaaS platforms, web applications, or mobile apps.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to design interactive prototypes and wireframes that can be implemented by developers.
• Experience conducting usability tests and integrating user feedback into design iterations.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
