Entry-Level Insurance Producer – Scottsdale, AZ

• Base Salary: $36k + uncapped commission (Average of $65-75k year one)

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell Insurance Policies: Engage with clients to provide insurance solutions across various carriers.
• Manage Leads: Focus on closing deals as we provide the leads for you—no cold calling.
• Client Service: Provide excellent customer support, ensuring clients receive top-notch service throughout the sales process.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of prior sales experience is a plus
• Highly motivated and tenacious individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
• A team player, ready to learn and grow within the company.
• A desire to succeed and a willingness to work towards your Property & Casualty license.
