Position Summary We’re seeking a Marketing/Business Development Leader who will own and drive growth, know what drives people to buy a toothbrush, and understand the how to sell into the health and wellness channel. This role offers a unique opportunity to own our entry into the DTC oral health channel and later into the retail and dental offices and clinics.
This role can start as a FTE consulting position, with the potential to convert to a full-time role, with serious equity options, or start as a FTE and convert to W2 in 90 days.
Responsibilities Channel Ownership : Oversee our dental channel, focusing on growth and market penetration through online/social, retail, and later dental professional networks Messaging Ownership : Work hand in hand with our amazing VP Digital to refine and nail our DTC patient messaging Business Development Strategy : Develop and execute a strategy with our CEO that leverages existing industry contacts and identifies new opportunities for Great Gums. Account Management : Build and manage relationships with online partners, other oral health brands, dental professionals, and DTC platforms, driving sales and brand awareness. Metrics and Reporting : Track performance metrics, provide regular updates and optimize based on results. Qualifications:
Background working with toothbrush or floss companies, specifically with a focus on retail, DTC and experience in the dental professional channel sure is a plus, and it’s got to be a brand or two we’ve all heard of and we want to hear your success stories Digital native. If you don't have an Instagram account, played with Canva, haven't in a past life mastered Hubspot or Salesforce directly, and love closing and partnering--this isn't for you. Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the oral care industry and the competitive landscape. Can you walk the walls at one of the top 3 dental conferences and not get hugged 10 times? Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships with retailers, dental practices, and direct-to-consumer sales channels. Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment (if you haven't worked at an early-stage company and aren't a self-starter--then um, no)

We are looking for an obsessive and results-driven Social Media Growth Expert to spearhead the launch and growth of GetGreatGums.com, a single-product DTC brand focused on gum health. You will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, and fostering loyalty through innovative social media strategies. If you have a proven track record of making brands go viral, driving measurable revenue, and building engaged online communities, this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities
1.
Social Media Strategy & Execution
•
Develop and execute a winning social media strategy to grow followers, engagement, and sales across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
•
Create platform-specific content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos, that captivate audiences and drive conversions.
•
Identify and leverage emerging trends to keep GetGreatGums.com ahead of the curve.
2.
Content Creation & Collaboration
•
Lead the creation of high-quality, attention-grabbing content, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and goals.
•
Collaborate with designers, video editors, and influencers to produce content that drives sales and customer engagement.
3.
Customer Acquisition & Retention
•
Drive customer acquisition through organic and paid social media campaigns, focusing on optimizing CAC and ROAS.
•
Develop loyalty-building initiatives, including referral programs, customer testimonials, and user-generated content campaigns.
4.
Influencer Marketing & Partnerships
•
Build relationships with influencers, micro-influencers, and thought leaders in the health and wellness space to amplify reach and credibility.
•
Manage influencer campaigns from negotiation to content creation and performance tracking.
5.
Analytics & Optimization
•
Monitor social media KPIs and campaign performance using tools like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Analytics, and Google Analytics.
•
Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, content, and targeting to continuously improve results. Requirements
•
3–5 years of proven success in growing DTC brands via social media.
•
Demonstrated ability to create viral content and build highly engaged online communities.
•
Expertise in paid social advertising (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
•
Experience working with influencers and managing partnerships.
•
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
•
Exceptional creativity and storytelling skills with an eye for high-quality visuals and videos. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in health, wellness, or dental-related industries.

Familiarity with subscription-based business models.
