Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Plumbing Service Manager at Air Design Systems, Inc. in Pensacola, FL. The Plumbing Service Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the plumbing service department, manage technicians, ensure timely and quality service delivery, handle customer inquiries and issues, and maintain service standards for customer satisfaction.
Qualifications Supervisory Skills Expertise in Plumbing and Customer Service Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and maintain service standards Strong communication and leadership skills Experience in managing plumbing service operations Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations Certification in plumbing or related field is a plus
