Role Overview The company is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team. The Sales Director serves as a lead on creating custom, omni-platform packages for partners that help grow their Direct-to-Consumer market. This role is ideal for a thought-leader well versed in ideation, collateral development, pitching and closing partnership with high profile clients in the modern media landscape.

Experience with DTC strategy in and around the creator economy is paramount. You will work closely with the CEO, CCO, production and account team to drive commercial success by evangelizing growth solutions that leverage unique strategy, content, talent and distribution for high performance growth and brand equity.

Requirements



Identify clients and build pipelines of leads using both inbound and outbound strategies that will involve leveraging your network and tracking opportunities with a CRM. ●

A thorough understanding and ability to evangalize the current market environment and our unique value prop, including how brand content, creator marketing and strategic media can provide measurable ROI and brand value to clients. ●

Working knowledge of the company’s competitive landscape, cultural landscape, and the needs of target audiences (under 40 digital-first consumer). ●

Use of both inbound (content marketing, inbound campaigns) and outbound ( networking, email campaigns) sales strategies to generate new business leads. ●

Leverage ad-tech and mar-tech tools to track leads, follow up on communications, manage sales opportunities, and measure the success of outreach efforts. ●

Ability to help create customized sales presentations and proposals that align with client goals and highlight how our products solve their unique challenges - to create community, viral coefficients and earned media ROI. ●

Work closely with account, editorial and production teams to identify new opportunities, create tailored sales programs, and ensure campaign ideas are executable on time and within budget. ●

Develop and help manage ancillary sales materials such as case studies, sell sheets and data studies. ●

Help track sales performance KPIs, including customer engagement, conversion rates, and overall GTM success to improve outreach and proposal strategies. ●

Act as a main point of contact for clients to ensure campaigns are implemented on time, within budget, and meet the agreed-upon KPIs. ●

Keep up-to-date with emerging trends in digital media, such as AI automation, to identify ways to integrate these into client solutions. Requirements



4+ years of experience in sales and client solutions for brands, publishers and businesses with media agencies, creator agencies and b2c businesses. ●

Proven experience hitting quarterly sales goals, executing DTC strategies and managing client growth over time. ●

Proven experience in selling high-impact, culture-leading programs with measurable results. ●

History of building new client relationships and creating networks that yield repeatable business. ●

Proven experience in building long-term client relationships on campaigns with return business. ●

Experience with custom strategy and content, the creator economy, and social media growth. ●

Strong understanding of analytics reporting across social platforms and ad managers. ●

Skilled in writing about the market in a compelling way to communicate with everyone from the C-suite to account managers using clear business objectives. ●

Experience working across multiple stakeholders and teams, with the ability to aggregate input and deliver on key milestones. ●

Strong project management, organizational and time-management skills. ●

Detail-oriented and thrive in multitasking and high-pressure environments. ●

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a passion for creative storytelling. ●

Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Keynote and Microsoft suite. ●

Positive attitude, energetic, passionate about pop culture and the current media landscape.
