Position Overview We are seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Designer/Job Captain to contribute to all phases of our projects, from conceptual design through construction administration. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects and grow with a firm that values creativity, diversity, and professional development. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with team members to develop design concepts that meet project goals and client expectations. Produce high-quality drawings, renderings, and presentations to communicate design ideas. Assist with project documentation, including construction documents and specifications. Conduct research on building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable design practices. Participate in client meetings and presentations, incorporating feedback into designs. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program. 4-7+ years of professional experience, preferably in multi-family residential design. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino). Strong design and visualization skills, with an eye for detail. Knowledge of building codes, zoning, and accessibility standards. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
