None Job Description Provides ongoing logistical support for planning and executing Organizational, Data Review, and Ad Hoc meetings for over 70 active protocols or studies, as required. Conducts research, verifies accuracy of information, and obtains current versions of protocols and other regulatory documents. Develops, collects, and coordinates distribution of regulatory documents and meeting materials, including participant and contact lists, agendas, charters, and other informational documents for specific clinical trials. Coordinates with National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) staff to address questions and provide additional information to other NIH staff and various stakeholders within project timelines. Develops templates for routine correspondence using Microsoft Office and other software. Maintains security of blinded (open) and unblinded (closed) meeting materials; posts materials to a secure website; and verifies users access. Compiles information from various sources and routinely updates tracking tools and associated database. Implements Quality Control measures and creates associated tools to ensure high quality products that meet contract performance measures. Job Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills; meeting facilitation and preparing written minutes or other documentation, a plus. Self-starter with the ability to work on concurrent multiple projects often within compressed timelines. Excellent team player with the ability to build, foster, and nurture relationships with members of cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented; some task management skills a plus. Experience with clinical trial activities including site support, trials management/coordination would be helpful.
