We are seeking a highly motivated and independent
Senior Product Designer , who has strong command over design thinking tools, user research methodologies and hands-on design execution with digital products. As a Sr. Product Designer, you will: Translate complex, ambiguous requirements into concrete, actionable design projects and drive them independently. Conduct user research to identify key user problems to solve. Work closely with product managers and design managers to deliver high-quality solutions on time. Conduct usability tests and validate solutions. Develop and maintain high-level wireframes, hi-fidelity prototypes, storyboards and process flows. Work closely with developers to ensure the impeccable UX is carried forward to production. 5-7 years of experience in designing digital products. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Proficiency in Figma. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. The right attitude to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment. Preferred qualifications:
Familiarity with front-end web development and implementing designs. Experience of working in a start-up environment. Experience of working in the FinTech space.
