We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Sr. Director, Head of Demand Generation & Branded Media to join our team and lead our efforts in creating and executing effective demand-generation strategies. As the Sr. Director, Head of Demand Generation & Branded Media, you will develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role will involve managing our customer audience strategy, overseeing digital marketing platforms, and ensuring optimal performance marketing. In this critical role, you will utilize your highly analytical and data-driven mindset and have a proven track record in managing media spending across various marketing platforms. Additionally, you will: Develop and implement a holistic demand generation strategy to drive high-quality leads and conversions. Manage customer audience strategy, ensuring targeted and effective outreach across multiple channels. Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various marketing channels including Salesforce, Attentive, CJ Affiliate, DV360, SA360, PMAX, Campaign Manager, Linear, CTV/OTT, Facebook, Twitter, Criteo, and other social media platforms. Drive performance marketing initiatives, focusing on optimizing media spend to maximize ROI. Leverage Programmatic Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) to deliver personalized and impactful ads. Utilize Product Listing Ads (PLAs) to enhance product visibility and drive conversions. Qualifications: Minimum 10 years’ experience in marketing with a focus on demand generation and branded marketing overseeing digital marketing platforms. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a leadership capacity using data-driven marketing strategy focused on generating demand for consumer products. History of driving growth with innovative demand generation and prospecting campaigns, working cross-functionally between traditional sales and marketing teams. Understands the importance of excellent marketing communications and takes a creative approach in driving brand recognition, market penetration, and community engagement. Proven track record in development and delivery of marketing campaigns across a range of budgets and channels. Excellent written and oral communications skills and ability to engage with senior leaders and stakeholders, as well as to work collaboratively across peer network. Engaging and resilient leader, able to empower colleagues and build capability. Ability to toggle between strategy and operational execution in a fast-moving environment. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
