This position will support the marketing efforts of both Calvetti Ferguson and its affiliate company, CF Financial. Calvetti Ferguson is a nationally recognized CPA and consulting firm headquartered in Houston, Texas, with offices across Texas and in Nashville, Tennessee. CF Financial is a wealth advisory firm that provides asset management and financial planning services to high-net-worth individuals and businesses. About the Role

This position will play a key role in supporting the marketing team's efforts to drive lead generation, increase brand awareness, and strengthen relationships for Calvetti Ferguson and CF Financial. This position will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and other marketing team members on various projects, including social media, thought leadership, email marketing, event planning, content creation, and sponsorship coordination.

Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management:
    • Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).
    • Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content, including text, images, videos, and interactive elements.
    • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and track KPIs.
  • Content Creation:
    • Develop compelling marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, case studies, white papers, presentations, and email campaigns.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform content strategy.
    • Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Event Planning & Execution:
    • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of marketing events, such as conferences, webinars, client events, and industry events.
    • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor contracts, and on-site event support.
    • Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and event follow-up.
  • Sponsorship Management:
    • Manage and track company sponsorships, including identifying relevant events, securing sponsorships, and measuring ROI.
    • Represent the company at sponsored events, primarily in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
  • Swag & Promotional Items:
    • Manage inventory of company swag and promotional items.
    • Coordinate the ordering and distribution of items for events and internal use.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of professional marketing experience.
  • Proven experience managing social media channels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), project management tools (Asana), and design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • A creative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the USA and occasionally work after hours for events, meetings, and conferences.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a professional services environment (e.g., financial services, consulting).
  • Experience planning and executing corporate events.
  • Experienced in video creation.
