Job Summary
As an individual specializing in PPC and SEO, the Digital Marketing Coordinator is primarily responsible for developing, executing, and continuously optimizing our paid search and search engine optimization campaigns to achieve the best results. This person will strategize and manage campaigns across different channels (paid digital ads, SEO/SEM) that focus on the Grimco brand, customer acquisition and retention. These campaign strategies must be scalable, data-driven, and executable with efficiency.
Key Responsibilities & Duties Develop and execute data driven ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads and Linkedin Ads. Create and optimize ad copy, ad extensions, and landing page keyword content to maximize click-through rates, conversions, and new customer acquisition. Implement SEO best practices across Grimco.com to improve organic search ranking and site visibility. Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging digital marketing technologies. Collaborate with marketing team to ensure outbound marketing objectives align with Search Engine Marketing initiatives. Continually monitor search terms, rankings & analytics for website performance and optimization opportunities Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Other Characteristics
Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail. Confidence and a positive attitude are a must. Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports. Excellent written & verbal communication skills, plus outstanding copywriting, & proofreading skills. Experience in managing PPC campaigns, including Google Ads and Bing Ads. Knowledge of display and shopping ads is preferred but not required Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs) Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Major/Concentration in an area of Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications. 0-5 years of previous experience in Digital Marketing and/or Search Engine Optimization - Marketing or Communications agency experience a plus. Experience with e-commerce platforms and B2B specific knowledge is advantageous. Benefits
