Process Design Consultant
with experience in wealth management or financial services to support a year-long contract engagement with a large Tier 1 banking client. Please continue reading and apply if interested!
Role Overview:
This position focuses on enhancing operational excellence and integrating strategic improvements across various business lines. The role involves supporting process owners in strategic direction and ensuring compliance with enterprise process management policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to support process documentation, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
Utilize process management tools to assess and improve processes, document current states, identify pain points, and recommend solutions.
Manage and refine process improvement opportunities, building business cases to justify changes.
Required Skills/Experience:
5+ years in process design, including people and technology aspects.
3+ years in strategic planning with experience in multi-year plans and business cases.
Six Sigma Black/Green Belt certification.
Process Owner certification.
Experience in Wealth Management Operations or Financial Services.
Advanced skills in process mapping (Visio or ARIS).
Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and MS PowerPoint for presentations.
Strong facilitation skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Quick learner comfortable with complex situations.
Basic understanding of technology capabilities.

$43-44/hr

Pay Details:
$43.00 to $44.00 per hour
