Position Overview
We are seeking a Social Media Manager & Video Content Creator specializing in video production and social media management. This full-time role involves creating, editing, and managing video content while building a strong online community to elevate our brand.

 

Key Responsibilities

Video Production & Content Creation

  • Develop, film, and edit engaging video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.

  • Produce high-quality videos, including real estate listings, property tours, and client testimonials.

  • Manage post-production tasks like editing, color grading, sound design, and captioning.

  • Stay updated on video trends to create innovative and engaging content.

Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and implement social media strategies across major platforms.

  • Maintain a strategic content calendar for consistent posting.

  • Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages professionally.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor and report on social media and video performance metrics.

  • Use analytics to refine strategies and improve results.

Collaboration & Creativity

  • Align content with business objectives and collaborate on marketing campaigns.

  • Partner with influencers and community leaders to amplify reach.

 

Qualifications

Required:

  • Proven expertise in video production and post-production.

  • Proficient in software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

  • Success in managing social media accounts focused on video content.

  • Strong storytelling, visual design, and copywriting skills.

  • Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
