Description

Job Purpose

The Marketing Assistant position will aid in all marketing efforts and help to execute all campaigns. The registration for tradeshows and logistical planning and execution of supply delivery will be the sole responsibility of the Marketing Assistant. Inventory maintenance, reordering of supplies, and stock tracking of promotional materials will also be duties of this seat. The main goal of the marketing assistant is to ensure help is always available for campaign execution and that all tradeshows are registered for, and sales and marketing attendees are stocked with all that is needed to market our products efficiently and effectively.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Marketing Campaign Registration and Logistics Execution

Assist in organizing and coordinating trade shows and conferences, including logistics and promotional materials Ensure tradeshow supplies are packed and shipped for an on-time arrival Execute registration of IMMY at conferences where we plan to have an exhibition presence Registration completed for all employees attending a tradeshow Manage and Maintain Marketing Inventory

Management of marketing inventory via inventory software Ensure all marketing materials ae in stock for all forecasted marketing events Reordering of all materials as needed to maintain stock Assistance to Marketing team with all campaign tasks

Help to execute campaigns, whether in-person or digital, as needed Qualifications

Required:

Humble Collaborative Driven Associate's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Supply Chain or related field Highly organized and thorough in completing tasks Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional ability to coordinate multiple tasks at once Maintain a high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial work ethic that drives outcomes Positive "can do" attitude - passionate and able to show commitment and to inspire others Preferred:

Experience in Logistics or Event Organizing Experience in the medical device industry
