We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. If you have a passion for crafting engaging content, growing communities, and making meaningful contributions to a team that values creativity, initiative, and professional growth, this is the opportunity for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality, visually appealing content, including graphics, photos, and videos that resonate with our audience and enhance brand visibility.
  • Copywriting Excellence: Write compelling content (captions, blogs) that effortlessly shifts between polished corporate communications and witty, conversational social media copy, ensuring alignment with Paradigm Trends’ brand voice and messaging.
  • Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with followers, hotels, designers, and all other industry professionals in our ICP to foster a vibrant online community.
  • Social Media Strategy: Prepare and execute strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Shorts, and Pinterest.
  • Performance Metrics & Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on content and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Later, and Bit.ly. Use insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Email Marketing: Support email campaigns and newsletters to maintain cohesive messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging social media trends, competitor strategies, and best practices in B2B and hospitality marketing.

 


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably in B2B.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling copy for diverse platforms.
  • Proven success in managing and growing social media accounts, particularly Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok/Shorts.
  • Proven proficiency in Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, CapCut, Google Analytics, Later, Bit.ly, and Salesforce.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A creative self-starter who thrives in a hybrid (Mon-Thurs in office, Fri remote) role of independent execution and collaborative teamwork.
