Russell Tobin's client, an Innovative Hospitality Platform is seeking a Cultural Institution, Producer. This is a fully Remote opportunity with a 6+ months contract with the potential for extension.
Job Title: Cultural Institution, Producer
Location: San Francisco, CA 94122 (Remote)
Remote Role: 100% Remote
Work Hours: (Normal Business Hours, Monday-Friday)
Pay range: $70.00/hr. - $73.06/hr.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven producer to forge meaningful partnerships with cultural institutions globally. This role is essential to developing and integrating unique cultural experiences, ensuring smooth operational execution and ongoing success. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end process from initial outreach to full operational integration.
Job Responsibilities:
Relationship Development:
- Identify and engage with cultural institutions (museums, galleries, theaters, historic sites, etc.) worldwide.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships, advocating for mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Co-create unique and localized experiences to showcase the strengths of cultural institutions.
Experience Design & Strategy:
- Collaborate with partners to design and conceptualize tailored experiences for a global audience.
- Provide insights on experience design, pricing, and marketing to enhance guest engagement.
Onboarding & Operational Oversight:
- Guide partners through the onboarding process, from concept to integration.
- Assist with navigating systems, tools, and guidelines to ensure smooth experience launches.
- Serve as the main point of contact for partners, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Project & Stakeholder Management:
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support successful launches.
- Manage timelines and ensure deliverables are met.
- Collect and analyze feedback to improve outcomes.
Experience Management:
- Conduct site visits to assess logistical requirements and collaborate on experience design.
- Coordinate with local teams and vendors to finalize production details.
- Oversee live event production, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining high standards.
Performance Measurement:
- Track metrics such as bookings, guest satisfaction, and partner engagement.
- Present insights to internal stakeholders to drive program improvements.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 5+ years in cultural partnerships, program management, or related fields.
- Proven success in managing relationships with cultural institutions or high-profile stakeholders.
Skills:
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to design engaging experiences.
- Strong project management skills with experience in multi-stakeholder projects.
- Proficiency in operational systems and tools.
Additional Requirements:
- Passion for cultural experiences and deep knowledge of cultural institutions.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
