YOUR ROLE

As a Production Designer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the flawless execution of creative assets across a variety of formats. Working closely with the creative team, you’ll support the visual articulation of creative concepts, adapt and refine designs for final production, and ensure everything aligns with brand guidelines and technical specifications. This is the perfect opportunity for someone meticulous, resourceful, organized, and excited about developing high-quality creative work.


PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITES

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the creative team to execute creative concepts while maintaining design integrity.
  • Contribute to ideation sessions and develop resourceful and innovative solutions to creative challenges
  • Communicate with vendors and external partners to ensure assets meet production standards and deadlines.
  • Participate in on-site reviews of spaces and fabrication support of experience elements.
  • Participation in new business pitches and RFP responses will be key.

File Management

  • Maintain an organized archive of project files and assets for easy access and future use.
  • Ensure version control and adherence to established file-naming conventions.

Asset Preparation

  • Adapt creative designs into multiple formats and sizes for digital, print, video, and environmental applications.
  • Prepare final production files with precise attention to detail, ensuring they meet technical requirements for printers, digital platforms, and vendors.

Quality Control

  • Conduct thorough reviews of creative assets to ensure accuracy in color, layout, and branding.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any production-related issues to deliver high-quality results.


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in a production or graphic design role, ideally in an agency or marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant design tools.
  • Understanding of PowerPoint, Google docs, and other presentation programs
  • Strong understanding of print and digital production processes, including prepress and file preparation.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and asset requirements (e.g., social media, web banners).
  • File management experience
  • Video editing experience
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to delivering error-free work.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to adapt to shifting priorities.


SALARY AND BENEFITS

  • $55,000-$65,000/Year - An employee’s pay position within the salary range is based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance & travel requirements.
