Marketing Coordinator

Title: Marketing Coordinator Location: Novi Michigan Reports To: Marketing Director EOS is the global leader in industrial 3D printing, helping organizations create what was previously impossible. Our biggest challenge? Informing and educating the marketplace, and you could be a key part of solving that challenge. We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will serve as a key contributor in managing day-to-day marketing activities. This role is a critical tactical position that will assist in strengthening our brand, generating opportunities, and working with all types of internal and external partners to achieve our goals. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented contributor who can learn quickly and is prepared to share their ideas and opinions. Your Mission/Job Functions • Execute marketing tactics of all types – both digital and traditional • Help produce and coordinate newsletters • Assist with advertising placement and tracking • Aid in the execution of a variety of field marketing activities: tradeshows, seminars, internal events, and on-site visits • Support pre- and post-event tactics; help with related logistics • Light graphic design, while working with external partners, as needed • Contribute to Marketing Team brainstorming on campaigns, tactics, reporting, and creative • Occasionally assist with social media and podcast production • Ability to jump-in with other ad hoc marketing activities • Adhere to the escalation process, which includes notifying the responsible people and following up daily until the case is resolved. • Responsible for delivering accurate and quality support to internal and external customers. • Actively increasing knowledge about EOS products including hardware and software, and sharing this knowledge by training of colleagues, which may include developing local training sessions. Your Talents/Qualifications • Exceptional communicator – it’s what we do • You are organized, willing to ask for assistance prioritizing, and care deeply about the details of your tasks • A customer-centric mindset • College degree, BA in Marketing, Communications, or PR; other degrees considered (Business, etc.) • Ideally, 1-2 years of experience (internships taken into consideration) • Comfortable working with (or ready to learn) a variety tools: HubSpot, Salesforce, social media platforms, Canva, Adobe CS, Google Analytics, and others – you do not need to be a pro, but the more you know the better • Proficient with Microsoft Office, with the ability to grasp new technologies • Familiarity of current digital/inbound marketing strategies • Alignment with our organizational values: Fair, Responsible, Together, Excellent • Nice to have skills or experiences: BtoB marketing, advanced manufacturing or 3D printing, photography or videography Our Vision Over 1000 sharp minds, about 60 nationalities, one goal: accelerating the world’s transition to Responsible Manufacturing.
