Instructional Designer

Basic Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional design, education or related field • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in instructional design or related role Design and Development: Create instructional materials, including eLearning modules, Documents and blended learning programs, using instructional design principles and methodologies. Conduct Needs Assessment analyses to identify skill gaps and determine the appropriate training solutions. Content Creation: Develop engaging multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and interactive activities, to enhance learning experiences. Course Implementation: Manage the rollout of training programs, ensuring that all materials are accessible and effective for the target audience. Evaluation and Improvement: Collect and analyze feedback from learners to continuously improve training programs and materials.
