This is what you will do:
This position will drive the development, implementation, and day-to-day management of marketing projects supporting digital patient engagement, patient Access Programs and overall the Patient Services brand, OneSource. It will include material development, approval, and roll-out of tactics across a growing number of indications. This will be an excellent opportunity to master patient access and portfolio marketing in a fast-paced growth environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Material development and management of projects focused on patient access (including, but not limited to promotional material, administrative emails, and communication support)
- Material development and marketing management related to patient support services
- Omnichannel and digital marketing tactics related to patient support services
- Supporting development and MLR approval of marketing material for the OneSource brand that is directed to patients, accounts, and other external customers
- Lead channel strategy and development of Field/Patient Engagement tactics, including Email, Direct Mail, Websites, Mobile Apps, Social Media, SMS/MMS, SEM/SEO, and print
- Developing and executing AI-driven marketing campaigns for patients
- Using AI tools for customer segmentation and personalized marketing
- Staying updated with the latest AI technology and trends in health technology marketing
- Working directly with contracted agencies to manage projects within assigned budgets and timelines
- Developing and maintaining good communication and collaboration with many internal cross functional stakeholders
You will need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in the Life Sciences or other relevant field
- 3-5+ years of professional healthcare industry experience and an understanding of marketing principles, including key principles of brand management, professional promotion, and patient education
- Proven success in leading digital marketing strategies, including Email, Direct Mail, Websites, Mobile Apps, Social Media, SMS/MMS, SEM/SEO, and print
- Proven success in developing and executing AI-driven marketing campaigns for patients
- Experience supporting material through the PRC (MLR) review process
- Proven ability working successfully in a fast-paced cross functional environment with many stakeholders that have competing interests
- Comfort working through uncertainty while managing multiple, competing, and frequently shifting priorities
- Working knowledge of legal, regulatory, and compliance rules within the biotech/pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to work with external vendors during the SOW, PO, and project budget accrual processes
- Strong fluency in English (written and spoken language)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and ability to create and edit documents using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Ability to present to internal and external stakeholders of 2 to 100+ people
- Ability to travel 30%+ of time, including weekend travel
