Bighornlaw is hiring: Multifamily Community Manager in Atlanta

We are seeking an energetic, creative, and highly motivated Community Manager to join our team. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing a strong, engaged online community around our brand, product, or service. You’ll be the voice of the community, ensuring that members feel heard, valued, and connected while helping to create an environment that promotes engagement and positive interactions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates resident move-ins/move-outs by negotiating leases, collecting security deposits and processing applications to ensure a smooth process.
• Research local rental rates and calculate costs so pricing is in line with current market conditions.
• Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate into marketing campaigns to help increase lease numbers.
• Advertise vacancies, obtain referrals from current tenants, show units, and showcase advantages of locations and services to help obtain new tenants.
• Resolve tenant complaints to satisfaction and in accordance with our high quality of property standards.

Qualifications

• B.A. preferred, High School Diploma required.
• Flexibility in schedule to include working both evenings and weekends.
• Customer service or real estate sales background preferred.
• Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

Compensation

$55,000 yearly
