Overview
We are seeking an exceptional advertising Creative Director to drive the development of innovative, concept-driven marketing campaigns that engage small and mid-size business audiences across multiple platforms. As a creative leader, you will be responsible for guiding external creative agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, strategic work that drives revenue for the business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and lead the creative vision for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand strategy
  2. Collaborate with external creative agencies to conceptualize, develop, and refine campaign ideas
  3. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to external agencies and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality creative output across various campaign deliverables: illustration, animation, and web (both desktop and mobile)
  4. Lead creative reviews and presentations to internal stakeholders, including senior leadership
  5. Foster strong relationships with external agencies and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising and marketing
  7. Design and develop visual concepts, including typography, color palette, and imagery, to support campaign messaging and branding
  8. Create design assets, such as graphics, icons, and illustrations, to enhance campaign visuals

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Visual Design, Advertising Design, or related field
  2. 6+ years of work experience in job offered or in an art director or lead designer-related occupation
  3. 6+ years of experience in advertising or marketing, with a focus on creative direction
  4. Portfolio that showcases your ability to develop innovative, concept-driven campaigns that drive results, a mastery of art direction, and design principles
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  6. Strong understanding of the B2B marketing landscape and the challenges of engaging a business audience
  7. Ability to collaborate effectively with external agencies and cross-functional teams
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
  9. Energized by working in a fast-paced environment
