Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer works closely with the onsite Operations team and Corporate Marketing team to help bring both Aramark’s and our client’s vision and mission to life. The Graphic Designer is a champion, guardian, advocate and ambassador of the brand. Collaboratively with the key stakeholders, the Graphic Designer will provide support on all MSU Dining engagement activities, both partner and consumer facing, including but not limited to written and verbal communication, events, learning programs and community events.
The Graphic Designer will design, develop, and produce from concept to finish all graphics and materials. Creates and manages a content library to promote cross functional collaboration. Responsible for collateral material, brand material and display signage.
Job Responsibilities
- Works with Marketing Manager and Marketing Assistant to develop and create overall branding and marketing collateral.
- Supports local and national initiatives as needed.
- Solid understanding of best practices for digital and print design required.
- Designs in-house digital, including website graphics, social media content, and display ads.
- Designs print collateral, including graphics and images for brochures, postcards, in-store signage, etc.
- Photographs products for use in marketing materials.
- Working knowledge of Adobe suite, Microsoft Office, and printing materials.
- Share ideas and work as part of a team.
- Able to carry out instructions in written or oral form.
- Must be a self-starter and very detail oriented.
- Ability to prioritize and complete assignments involving multiple functions in a timely manner.
- Supports the operations team in executing innovation launches that drive profit growth.
- Leads the development of creative customer presentations, centering all marketing efforts to achieve immediate and long-term business goals.
- Works with the Regional Graphic Designer to identify new marketing opportunities by category, recommending actions, plan projects, estimate costs and manage projects to completion.
- Supports the development, implementation, and execution of the client’s brand strategy.
- Designs location specific traditional, digital, and social marketing campaigns.
- Updates and manages content of marketing materials and coordinates print production when required.
Qualifications
• Graphic design experience required.
• Graphic design, communication, or marketing degree preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• An eye for design and branding.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe applications.
• Excellent project management skills with a proactive approach to all projects.
