The Team

Our Marketing team is the pulse of our brand. We love solving challenges, sharing unforgettable stories, and creating the vibe beyond our 4 walls. We’re in need of a dynamic Graphic Designer to bring all our new ideas and design concepts to life.

The Role

As a graphic designer, you’ll be responsible for the creation of campaign design assets with guidance from the Senior designer. You’ll assist the Senior designer with creative tasks which include web banners, social posts & ads, and printed materials. Be a part of the marketing team to bring campaigns to life!

A Typical Day

• Work closely with the senior designer to develop and produce creative marketing assets.
• Comfortable designing social posts, web banners, video ads, emails, GIFs, and prints.
• Ensure creative assets are designed in a timely manner and meet brand standards.
• Be a part of creative brainstorms and collaborate to find design solutions.
• Take and give constructive feedback and apply it into designs and assets.
• Manage smaller campaigns, ensuring work is cohesive and effective across all touch points.
• Take part in photoshoots.

About You:

• You’re a design wiz; creative and have a great eye for details.
• You’re an Adobe master; proficient in a variety of creative tools / Adobe suite.
• You’re a channel mix DJ; enjoy creating static and dynamic video ads and designs.
• You’re a time management pro; organized and able to manage multiple projects with changing timelines.
• You’re a self-starter; you relish the opportunity to identify needs and take initiative to act.
• You’re value-driven at your core; operating with integrity, honesty, and trust.
• You love the unknown and can adapt to changes.
• You’re a great communicator; excited to present your design masterpiece.
• You have 2-3 years of relevant Graphic Design experience.
• Previous restaurant experience is an asset.

Work & Travel

This position is located in Vancouver, you’ll work a hybrid schedule out of our head office, located on West Broadway. 4 days in office and 1 day working remote. No travel required.
