About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Talent Manager (Influencer) to join our team. This role involves identifying, managing, and nurturing relationships with influencers across various social media platforms. As a Talent Manager, you will be responsible for helping influencers grow their brands, securing collaborations, and maximizing monetization opportunities. This is a commission-only role, offering unlimited earning potential based on your performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Management
- Identify and recruit influencers in niches such as fashion, lifestyle, fitness, gaming, and more.
- Manage existing influencer relationships and provide personalized support to help them achieve growth goals.
- Act as a primary point of contact for influencers and negotiate contracts on their behalf.
- Secure brand partnerships, sponsorships, and paid campaigns for influencers.
- Collaborate with brands and agencies to negotiate terms that are beneficial for both parties.
- Ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and meet all client and influencer expectations.
Brand Development & Strategy
- Help influencers develop and implement strategies to increase their social media presence and engagement.
- Provide insights, feedback, and coaching to influencers on content creation, audience engagement, and monetization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.
- Build and maintain a network of industry contacts including brands, agencies, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
- A Strong network of influencers or industry contacts is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for digital marketing, social media, and brand development.
Compensation:
This is a commission-only/ performance based role with earning potential directly tied to your performance. You will receive a percentage of every successful deal or collaboration secured for influencers under your management. This structure offers high rewards for top-performing talent managers.
