Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our company and bolster our digital presence. Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the home services industry, leveraging Google marketing and social media platforms.
- Google Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
- Social Media Management: Oversee the company's social media channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. Create engaging content, manage posting schedules, and interact with followers to foster community engagement and brand loyalty.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling and relevant content for digital platforms, including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics. Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.
- SEO Optimization: Overseeing the management of the SEO by third parties, confirming the numbers and optimization
- Campaign Analytics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Generate reports, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights to inform future marketing strategies.
- Brand Management: Uphold the company's brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels. Develop brand awareness campaigns and initiatives to enhance brand reputation and recognition.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the legal sector. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in creating marketing campaigns
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Google Ads and social media marketing.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite, etc.
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Prior experience working in the home services industry or professional services sector is a plus.
