  • Manage Paid Social Content Creation: You’ll drive value by commissioning UGC content from creators, ensuring paid briefs are clear, concise, inspiring, and aligned with business goals and performance objectives. You’ll collaborate with the internal marketing team and external agency to develop paid social ad strategies, integrating insights from organic performance and emerging social trends.
  • Analyze Performance: Analyze social media performance across active channels, leveraging data to identify key trends and insights that inform future strategies. Lead the continuous optimization of creative and performance metrics to ensure the highest levels of engagement and impact.
  • Market Research: Conduct ongoing research and social listening to monitor competitive trends within the nursery furniture and home décor industries, leveraging this data to continuously refine and evolve creative strategies and maintain Nestig’s market leadership.
