SEO Account Manager Job at Abacus Group, LLC in New York

Our client is a marketing firm. They seek an SEO Account Manager to join their Long Island City, Queens office.

Responsibilities

• Understand the client’s product market, goals, and growth opportunities
• Develop and execute the implementation of SEO strategy to achieve goals
• Communicate strategy, timeline, and results with the end client
• Perform keyword research to optimize existing content and unlock new opportunities
• Recommend and execute strategies for content development to achieve goals
• Design and implement link-building strategies and campaigns
• Implement and administer search engine programs where applicable
• Assess and report on the performance of SEO campaigns
• Participate in sales meetings and lead SEO-specific business development efforts
• Inform team members on SEO basics and how to communicate to end clients

Requirements

• 3+ years of SEO, paid search, and social experience
• Proven track record of successful SEO strategy and implementation
• Able to drive initiatives forward with limited supervision
• Knowledge of SEO terminology and research tools
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Able to multitask and meet competing deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Strong Excel (pivot tables, chart building, macros, etc.) skills
