As a Project Manager at Soflo Studio, you are responsible for managing multiple client projects across multiple production teams using our systems and processes. This role will focus almost entirely on managing media aspects of projects such as graphics, marketing & web development. You will be a key player in ensuring that projects are successfully completed given the constraints of timeline, budget, personnel, and materials. A website project manager plans, organizes, and manages the workflow of any type of web project. Projects can range from a simple landing page to an entire site buildout or migration. The website project manager takes the requirements and deliverables of a project and breaks them down into discrete pieces of work (tasks and subtasks). Then the PM organizes and schedules those tasks and subtasks before assigning them to workers.

Specific Duties/Specifications:

  • Management of remote web developers and designers
  • Understanding of JavaScript & other front-end programming languages & databases
  • Use of project management software and understanding of methodologies to plan projects
  • LAMP server and hosting management

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of multiple web and design projects while working with a team of digital marketing personnel.
  • Assist with the creation and execution of project plans, revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Conduct frequent check-ins with all clients. Communicate progress, demonstrate the operations of web products, and collect feedback.
  • Ensure required documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately; participate in their creation where necessary.
  • Manage project budget, monitor for overages, and advise clients on impending budgetary events.
  • Identify resources needed to complete individual tasks in conjunction with other key members of teams.
  • Work effectively and efficiently with team members in other departments, including but not limited to: Sales, Project Managers, Design, and Development.
  • Continuously seek out opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
  • Provide the Account Executive and Project Coordinator with full updates on your meetings with clients. This will include explaining deliverables and expected deadlines in detail.
  • Attendance and participation in marketing project kickoffs, meetings, and reviews.
  • Continually look for ways to enhance productivity through process improvements, task automation, new tools/technology, etc.
  • Create and maintain a deliverables timeline calendar for projects.
  • Manage quality control of all deliverables.
  • Get final approval from team and/or client.
  • Prepare before client meetings to ensure quality communication of deliverables and to answer questions.
  • Develop an approval process for work outside of established strategies.
  • Stay up to date with industry knowledge on advertising trends.
  • Develop, implement and manage social media strategies.
  • Manage and oversee social media content.
  • Measure the success of various campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Experience working within social media marketing tools such as Agorapulse, Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • Scrum: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • PMP (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:
