We are a highly strategic, data-driven team looking to grow our UX Design sqUAd! Our ideal candidate should be able to participate in the conceptual development, design and delivery of cross-platform UX experiences within a collaborative team environment.
Your Impact
- Work closely with a team of fellow UI Designers, UX Designers, UX Researchers, Front End and Back End Engineers, Data and Testing Teams as well as Product Managers to create effective and elegant design solutions.
- Create deliverables including but not limited to: user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs and prototypes to communicate vision and strategy.
- Deliver and execute finished UI for desktop and mobile web based on existing design patterns harnessing a mobile-first approach.
- Collaborate with more senior designers to ensure quality, usability, consistency, brand relevance and compliance across all deliverables.
- Apply conceptual thinking across various platforms while considering user-needs, business goals and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with UX Research, Analytics and A/B Testing teams to design end-to-end experiences using qualitative and quantitative research to uncover insights, learn about user behavior and verify design concepts.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that design specifications are met and implemented.
- Work with project managers to fill out design criteria in JIRA and ensure requirements are outlined for development.
- Provide Visual QA for all delivered designs to ensure pixel perfection prior to release.
- Cross-check acceptance criteria in the development ticket with the annotations delivered.
- Collaborate and communicate regularly with remote teams and partners.
- Develop learnings post-project to grow and innovate the quality of our product.

Qualifications
- A beautiful portfolio that demonstrates experience creating accessible, pixel-perfect, cross-platform designs at scale.
- Must have extensive understanding and hands-on experience with atomic design best practices.
- Fluency in a variety design crafts (UX, UI, Design Systems, Prototyping).
- Expert proficiency in industry standard design tools (Figma).
- Deep understanding of WCAG standards and inclusive design practices.
- Strategic design thinking, processes and design system related work experience that influenced business outcomes.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Understands and advocates for the importance of data-driven decisions.
- Strong understanding of mobile-first, UX best practice standards in the Ecommerce space.
- Able to communicate in a clear, consistent, and transparent manner.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience articulating design strategy.
- Passionate and enthusiastic about excellence and attention to detail.
- Respond professionally to feedback.
- 3-5 years of in-depth UX design experience, designing interfaces for cross-platform, multi-device ecosystems.

Base Compensation
$98,175.00 - $134,989.80 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
