Michelle Thomas Team is hiring: Graphic Designer in Naples

We are in search of a Graphic Designer to produce vibrant, high-quality visuals for a wide variety of items across digital and print media that align with our luxury brand.

$21 - $23 hourly

• Create property brochures and rebrand floor plans
• Create newly listed and just sold postcards
• Create magazine and newspaper ads
• Create signage for open houses and team events
• Create business cards, MLS headers, and other collateral for our agents and staff
• Support social media and photography efforts
• Download property photos, videos, and floor plans from vendors and file them on company server

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Proven work experience as a graphic designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work and design capabilities
• Ability to maintain brand consistency across all projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines
• Capable of receiving constructive feedback to foster growth
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Dependable transportation to office
